Like human beings spring season is also cause of moisture for other living organisms and these living organisms can effect us in this weather and can spread many diseases. Measles is most common in spring season spring season is very good for human beings and plants. It brings smile and shine on faces. It has been observed by many specialists that this weather brings many changes, plants become colorful and green. In gardens fragrance of new flowers give new peace to our souls and hearts.same like this human children are soft and tender and they take full advantage of of spring they look more better and active and full energetic. After hard cold weather they look busy in playing in different gardens and streets. For physical growth this weather is more important.If this spring remain constant weather they are children or flowers its beauty increases day by day.But the other angle in this weather is our health. As i discussed above that measles is most common disease in spring the other common disease is whooping cough.This is common in villages and backward areas because there is no availability of clean water and they do not follow essential tips.

whooping cough effect children more and hurt them more if you want to protect you children from this disease you have to follow protecting tips of whooping cough other then children spring can harm the people who have blood disorders it can come out in the form of allergy and pimples in which they feel mangy and irritation.

Two important Fruits  for spring

Oranges are very good for health in spring they provide us energy.It has iron that make skin glowing and healthy.The other helpful food is carrot we can use it in salad and curry.carrot strong our heart and regulate liver function.it is also good for eye sight so try to use these two foods more.
